You will receive your gift voucher in your e-mail

Within 12 hours from the moment we received the payment, we will create the gift voucher with your personalized text and a unique discount code in the value of the voucher. We'll send it to your e-mail in the pdf form. It's only up to you whether you decide to print it out and place it under the tree or if you send it as it is by e-mail.

How does the recipient of the gift card get his marionette?

All you have to do is to pick the marionette you like at www.marionettes.cz, and use your unique discount code. You'll see the code written on the voucher together with the value of your choice and a manual on how to use it.

The voucher is valid for 11 months

You can use the voucher for 11 months since your order. You can use each unique discount code only once. It is necessary to spend the whole amount at once.

Buy a marionette together with a Gift Card

You can choose a puppet that you like and send it to the recipient's address. He or She will receive the marionette after Christmas but meanwhile, we will create a Gift card with a photo of the marionette and your personalized message.

How to do it? 

1. Write ''Ģift Card'' into the note section. If you wish, you can add your own message that will appear on the card. 
2. Within 12 hours since you completed the payment, we will create a special card with your personalized text and a picture of the purchased marionette. We will send you a PDF file, which you can use as your Christmas present.
